• Drink Mixes: 1-2 years
• Teas: 1-3 years
• Syrup Sets: Approximately 1 year

2. How do I store TGG products?
All TGG products do not require refrigeration prior to opening. After opening, to maintain freshness for a bit longer, dip mixes, drink mixes, and syrups can be refrigerated.

3. Are TGG products certified Kosher?
Yes, all TGG products are certified Kosher.

Due to the volume of orders received, we are unable to accommodate specific order

Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of the order placement,
excluding seasonal pre-orders.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in San Lorenzo, California via FedEx.

Different shipping options are available ranging from Standard Ground & Express, International (costs may vary).

Standard Shipping Method: FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise. Please take into account that FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box and requires a valid street address.

Orders are only processed and shipped Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.
